After Sales Support
What we might call our "After Sales Support" department is intentionally staffed by
the same team who are assigned with pre-sales duties, thus sealing the continual
validity of
our motto:
"What we promise is what we deliver"
Likewise, technical assistance is drawn from the Technical Department and whenever
necessary our Technical/Customer Support Department aids our clients in
the best possible way, in the minimum amount of time. It is worth noting that for any assistance requests or inquiries
our first response befalls within two working hours.
Nevertheless, all of our systems are designed to require the absolute minimum of technical and customer
support. After all, this is the essence of the "off-the-shelf" design and the high-quality assurance
that is a hallmark of our company.
