DOCUMENT CONTROL AND REPOSITORY SYSTEM
This is a highly sophisticated tool designed and built by certified specialists in auditing, and constitutes the central management and repository of a Company's policy manual, procedures and all ISM Code and ISO documentation.
The system permits the efficient and secure organization of all procedures, documents, circulars, instructions and manuals, embodying an excellent tool on which the Company can rely for managing this key organisational activity.
The system is linked with MS Word and it constitutes an electronic organiser for easy and quick reference to procedures and manuals, both in-office and on-board.
All documents can be printed, according to the already "approved" layout of each Company, thus saving the Company any re-auditing or re-certification by the accreditation authority.

SES-ADVANCE WARNINGS
Incorporated in the SES Q Control, the SES-Advanced Warnings system is the tool that generates advance warnings for vital actions to be taken in order to avoid nonconformities.
Main features include:
- Creation of advance notices such as renewal of diplomas and certificates, preventive maintenance, vessel jobs, surveys and certification, crew training and drills.
- Definition of search criteria in order to have an overall control of all outstanding Vessel Jobs, Surveys etc scheduled for each Vessel Group or Vessel respectively.
- Definition of search criteria in order to be notified when Seamen Diplomas/ Certificates or Seaman Documents expired or will expire and Seamen Training/Drills must or should be performed.
- Outstanding Tasks scheduled for the Vessel(s), overdue or not.
- Surveys scheduled for the Vessel(s).
- Certificates assigned to the Vessel(s), about to expire.
- Seamen whose Diplomas/Certificates have already expired or are about to expire and Training/Drills about to complete.
